01 — About

Quality is a habit, not an act.

Across eight years and three firms — Infosys, Accenture, now Cognizant — I've moved from writing test cases to owning quality end-to-end: shaping the strategy, building the automation, and standing behind what ships. Today that's the critical Finance-domain features at Cognizant, from the first test plan to the release gate.

My craft is building and hardening automation frameworks — UI, API and performance — then wiring them into CI/CD so failures surface early and loudly. Increasingly I pair with AI tooling to design tests, synthesise data and refactor faster. Throughout, I optimise for signal over vanity: tests that catch real defects, pipelines you can trust, and reports people actually read.
